Skills and Qualifications
- High personal motivation, self-management, and detail-orientation; ability to take responsibility in meeting deadlines and making progress without direct supervision.
- Strong spoken and written communications skills
- Quick learner that can adopt the candidate sourcing practices
- Communicative and punctual. Must be a self starter but also a team player with an eagerness to learn.
- A minimum of 1 year successful business-to-business telephone cold-calling experience
- Exceptional internet and computer savvy; strong database search skills
- Ability to handle several tasks and constantly prioritize
- Intermediate to advanced experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Description
- Conduct Internet research activities for qualified candidates
- Determines applicant qualifications by comparing job description and applicant resumes
- Conduct Internet research for federal contracting business development leads via
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Assists in promoting the LDAS through means of an internet marketing campaign
- Establishing sales meetings or calls between the potential customer and the LDAS business development teams
What we are offering:
- Up to 80 hours a month; minimum 50 hours a month
- Pay from $7.50 to $10.00 per hour
