Job Description: |
Network Systems Administrators (NSAs) monitor and troubleshoot to maintain high availability of network (both LAN and WAN), facilities systems, voice systems (telecommunications), hubs and routers, and servers through the use of system management tools. The duties of this position can be broad and may include such tasks as installing new devices, providing appropriate access to system capabilities, archiving files, overseeing password protection and other security measures, monitoring usage of shared resources, and handling malfunctioning equipment. Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Minimum Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
· Basic knowledge of the following: Call Center Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Change Management, and System Administration to include Security Management and Capacity Management.
· Basic demonstrated proficiency in administrating operating systems (e.g., MS Windows, UNIX).
· Basic demonstrated proficiency in using features / functions of hardware for distributed platforms and/or voice systems.
· Basic demonstrated proficiency in using security administration tools and network management tools
· Basic IBM Mainframe knowledge, MVS, JES, IPL
· Bascis Monitor knoweldge, Sitescope, HP, Openview, Omegamon
· Shift work, includes weekend and holidays,
· rotating weekend support
· Job posting for 2nd and 3rd shift positions – One shift is 10:00pm-6:30am, the other is 2:00pm to 10:30pm. The shifts rotate weekends, holidays, etc. Please indicate which shift candidate is interested in when submitting.

Job Description: |
The candidates will need to be able to create application packages with the use of the Flexera Admin Studio tool. The candidate will be responsible for testing packaged applications for windows 7 compatibility with the use of the AOK tool. Once an issue with a pacakage is detected, the individual will need to remediate any problems that prevent the application from operating on windows 7 |

1. Flexera Admin Studio tool – How much experience do you need creating application packages? Definitely a must. Candidate must be able to build packages using this tool.
2. In depth knowledge of the Quest AOK Tool – do candidates need hands on experience with this tool, or do they just need to know what it is? Needs to have an indepth knowledge it and understand what it does.
3. Knowledge of SCCM 2012 – do candidates need to have worked with SCCM 2012, or would prior versions also work? In depth knowledge of what it’s used for, experience with loading applications into it and deploying applications using it.
4. Knowledge of Icommand – do candidates need hands on experience with this tool, or do they just need to know what it is? Have in depth knowledge of the tool and how it works.
