BiLingual Technical Support Position

This is a full-time position with a bonus structure and excellent benefits located in Jacksonville, Florida.
Primary Requirements
 3+ years software and hardware customer support and help desk experience
 Able to read, write, and speak Spanish and English
 Proven proficiency using remote desktop applications
 Expertise in handling and resolving problems with hardware and software on desktop and mobile platforms (PC, MAC, iOS, and Android)
 Demonstrated ability to use a variety of customer service applications and help desk tools
 Basic understanding of current network topologies and protocols; API support experience a plus
 Highly analytical and able to quickly resolve issues using non-technical terms in a clear and friendly demeanor
 Associates degree or higher in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Network Engineering or related field of study; COMP TIA A+ or equivalent certification with required 3+ years help desk experience will be considered
