We are seeking talented Tier 2 Help Desk/Network Engineer who have the work ethic to join with and contribute to our quality service team in our Jacksonville, FL location
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility is to provide full range technical support to SSE Corporate & client networks. The right candidate will show a focus on customer service and customer care, and grow technically within a company that places technical service, customer-first interaction and delivery as its most critical success measure.

Triage, review, and troubleshoot network and PC issues
Demonstrated practical knowledge and experience with Microsoft Servers & Desktops
Demonstrated practical knowledge in LAN/WAN technologies

Education & Experience:
Bachelor or Associates degree in related field preferred
1-3 year’s network or systems administration experience
Professional certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, or Oracle is a plus
US Secret Clearance preferred; Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance is required
