Full-time tech support position Green Cove Springs

We are expanding. We are in search of a goal-oriented, knowledgeable IT Technician with outstanding customer service skills. This is your chance to play a part in the strategic growth of an innovative company.

The potential candidate will possess:

• Resourcefulness / problem solving ability

• Able to work both independently and in an team environment
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Transportation
• Organized
• Advanced desktop support knowledge of Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems
• Basic knowledge of networking, wireless, and VoIP services
• CompTIA A+ certification

• Network+ (preferred)
• Server Support 2008, 2012, and 2016

• GPO Policy, Active Directory, File/Folder permissions
• 1-3 Years previous experience in Information Technology and Managed Services

More advanced level requirements (preferred but not a must):

• PSA tools (i.e. Autotask, Connectwise, etc)
• RMM tools (i.e. AEM, LabTec, etc)
• Knowledge of Exchange e-mail environments
