Tech Assist Support Analyst – Macquarie Group

In this integral role you will provide technology support to Macquarie’s internal staff. You can expect your customer support efforts to be 75% via walk ups and 25% via email, so your strong customer service orientation and capability will be as essential to your success as your technical knowledge.

You will be able to learn and grow from working alongside experienced Support Analysts as well as the diverse range of businesses working in Macquarie’s Jacksonville office.

Key Skill Requirements

    • Windows 7 & 10 PC support via phone, email and remote assistance tools.
    • Microsoft Office 2013, Office 2016, Office 365. Strong Excel experience.
    • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
    • Mobility device support: iPhones and iPads

A University degree or equivalent work experience and experience providing technology support to a global customer are also required for this role.
