MVM Technology is a Dish Network Business Strategic partner specializing in bulk video service to Hotels, Hospitals, Assisted living, dorms, campgrounds, and other commercial spaces. We are a national company with customers in 44 states currently. In addition, we install new TVs, WiFi Equipment, phone systems, CCTV cameras and handle other low voltage wiring needs including prewires. We are a small, agile, and fast paced company. Our success lies in our ability to turn on a dime and make situations work.

We are looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented, team player. The ideal candidate will enjoy talking to people and solving problems. The candidate should have a firm grasp of computers, basic networking concepts, and MS office applications. Industry specific knowledge can be trained.
· Job Description
o Tier 1 Help Desk provides support to our remote customers, in the field technicians, and other office staff. This roll will include but is not limited to
* Helping customers troubleshoot and resolve issues via phone and email
* Helping technicians configure equipment and troubleshoot oddities
* Helping office staff solve IT issues.
* Periodic system maintenance
* Occasional clerical work
· Compensation
o Starting salary is $37k per year.
o This is a work from home position.
o A work laptop can be provided if needed.
o Benefits package available after 90-day probationary period.
