Process Engineering Department

This intern position is an excellent opportunity for a student to advance their business skills. The schedule (Monday – Friday) is flexible and pay is $13/hour. Candidates interested in this position should have strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

The intern will be responsible for:

* Assisting with the setup and design of new and existing SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online business and team sites throughout the company.

* Working with end users regarding any issues with their SharePoint sites and coaching the users on best practices and site management through the use of the Office 365 suite of products.

* Developing wireframes and prototypes of proposed designs for business solutions, when needed.

* Assisting in the development of new solutions and process improvements through the use of various Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Power BI, Nintex Forms, Nintex Workflows, MS PowerApps, MS Flow and SharePoint Online.

* Conducting user research to identify opportunities for improvements to existing tools and applications, when needed.

This position will involve interaction with internal and external customers at all levels. We are seeking an articulate individual with professional appearance and demeanor; someone that will serve as a true extension of the department. The position will provide excellent training and background for those eventually seeking careers in UX Design, Information Technology or Industrial Engineering. This position will also require basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript. Proficiency in wireframing tools and design software is preferred, but not required.
