Forcura seeks interns for their 2019 Summer Internship program. The program focuses on providing interns exposure to the infrastructure engineering operations of a rapidly growing healthcare technology company in Jacksonville, Florida.

Anticipated duties include:

Provide desktop and user support for enterprise

Maintain office networking equipment, telecommunications, and internet vendors
-
Act as an enterprise support escalation resource for other business units
-
Gain an understanding of Forcura’s cloud infrastructure, business processes, and platform architecture
-
Actively monitor the Forcura platform’s cloud environment (events, logs, alerts, performance, etc.)
-
Assist in internal technology and security audits
-
Be exposed to HIPAA security requirements and standards and how they relate to Forcura’s cloud infrastructure
-
Candidates should be critical thinkers, possess strong technical abilities and demonstrate excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Job Requirements

Current Junior, Senior, or Graduate student studying computer science, information technology, or related degree program at an accredited college or university.

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.

Ability to to commit to working at least 20 hours a week.
