Venus Fashion is currently looking to fill a few internship permissions to work on a few projects and assist their help desk team. Venus Fashion is located very close to FSCJ South Campus. The company often hires FSCJ interns into full-time positions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Setting up new workstations and deploying equipment
- Troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
- Software installation
- Assisting help desk team members with support tickets
Requirements:
- Junior or Senior students
- Experience in troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
- General knowledge in Office products
- Familiar with Windows operating systems
- Basic networking knowledge
- Acquired or pursuing Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
