Tech Support job

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist 1, which is an entry level tech support function.  These individuals help guide users to resolution on a number of different systems.  As long as they have a high level of customer service acumen along with some technical experience then they may be ideal here.

The shift is Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm, and Sat. 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm.  (Saturdays can be remote).

Should any of your students and/or alumni be interested and qualified then please feel free to pass along.
