SUMMARY
We have career opportunities for Operations Tech I, in Jacksonville, FL. We are looking for 3rd shift 11:00pm-7:00am. The ideal candidate will be responsible for security administration, monitoring and hands on troubleshooting of system and network environments. Your primary responsibilities will include staffing the security desk, inspecting and assessing our facility’s status, handling internal and external trouble tickets, and assisting customers with service trouble resolution.
