Job Description

Seeking a PC Help Desk Support Specialist position in Jacksonville, FL? Our client needs additional support doing configures, installs, troubleshooting and maintains personal computers and peripheral equipment throughout the company. This person will also act as a level / Tier 2 support in resolving members’ issues with electronic services, as needed.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

    • 40% Delivers high quality service and provides system support for personal computers and peripheral equipment.
    • 25% Provide Level / Tier 2 support in resolving members’ issues with electronic services.
    • 20% Assists internal team members by resolving issues reported via the Helpdesk.
    • 10% Assists in completing the daily processing schedule, as needed.
    • 5% Understands and complies with company policy and procedures, applicable statutes and federal regulations.

Experience

    • One year of Level I Helpdesk experience.

Education / Certifications / Licenses

  • A two-year college degree / completion of college level technical courses or equivalent.
  • Comp TIA A+ or Net+ and/or Microsoft MCP certification desirable.
