Antisyn (www.antisyn.com ) is seeking a self-motivated IT Product Quoting Specialist to join our fast growing, dynamic team. We are an outsourced IT services company for small to mid-sized businesses in Jacksonville, FL and the surrounding areas. We handle support, consulting, project management, proactive management, and more. We are a growing company looking to add an energetic and talented member to our product quoting team. The IT Product Quoting Specialist will work alongside one of our senior consultants to help research, quote and coordinate various computer/technology products or services our clients may need. The right candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in helping clients with computer or technology related purchases, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a perfect position for someone that has previously worked in computer retail stores such as Best Buy, Staples, Apple or Microsoft. He or she will have exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to think abstractly to solve both complicated problems and more basic needs.

• Review client goals and requirements to determine appropriate product solutions for their needs.
• Perform research on specific details of various products, services or technologies that may be required.
• Prepare professional quotes or recommendations for clients to be discussed with clients (typical products are computers, network equipment, servers, software licensing, labor services, etc.).
• Place orders with vendors for all products once they’re approved by the client.
• Work collaboratively with internal team to handle client’s fast-paced needs and short deadlines.
• Instill confidence for customers through clear and effective communication.
Qualifications for the IT Product Quoting Specialist include:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience assisting clients with computer/technology related purchases.
• Familiarity with IT products (such as computers, routers, firewalls, network equipment, servers, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
