Summary – Index scanned images with use of the PC and application software.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify information on paperwork in computer system
- Identify possible paperwork problems and possible rescan batch work
- Scan and index documents according to customers specifications
- Locate originals as needed; retrieve images as requested.
- Archive documents for shipment of offsite storage facility.
Required Skills
- 10 key by touch, 110+ kpm, required.
- Working knowledge of Windows.
- Knowledge of Excel, helpful.
- Detail orientied.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
