This intern position is an excellent opportunity for a student to advance their business skills. The schedule (Monday – Friday) is flexible and pay is $13/hour. The intern will be responsible for:

* Assisting with the setup and design of new and existing SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online business and team sites throughout the company.

* Working with end users regarding any issues with their SharePoint sites and coaching the users on best practices and site management through the use of the Office 365 suite of products.

* Developing wireframes and prototypes of proposed designs for business solutions, when needed.

* Assisting in the development of new solutions and process improvements through the use of various Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Power BI, Nintex Forms, Nintex Workflows, MS PowerApps, MS Flow and SharePoint Online.

* Conducting user research to identify opportunities for improvements to existing tools and applications, when needed.

This position will involve interaction with internal and external customers at all levels. We are seeking an articulate individual with professional appearance and demeanor; someone that will serve as a true extension of the department. The position will provide excellent training and background for those eventually seeking careers in UX Design, Information Technology or Industrial Engineering. The Secure Ideas Web Developer is primarily responsible for our public-facing web presence. The successful candidate will need to be able to work mostly independently, but will have access to experienced developers for advice and mentoring. The development technology stack is a modern Node.js build pipeline with React/JSX on Next.js. The deployment environment is an Amazon Web Services “serverless” stack, serving the main UI through S3 and CloudFront. AWS Lambda functions and API Gateway provide support for dynamic functionality. The candidate’s responsibilities will encompass all technical parts of the web development process, including:

The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing support for all propriety mobile applications and portals, as well as all aspects of desktop, phone and support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate, diagnose and analyse mobile application faults
• Liaise with app developers in order to resolve mobile app faults
• Provide telephone support on the Information Technology Help Desk.

Working Hours:

Florida Blue will have two job fairs at Doubletree Hilton Hotel’s airport location next week to hire 50 temporary employees.
