Job Description:
Will be performing moves, adds, changes and every day Break/Fix. Password resets and handling any imaging requests. All Windows 7 at client site. Mix of hardware and software support. Avaya, VOIP and IPhone support would be nice to have but not required.
2-4 years of experience.
Requirements
-Undergraduate Computer Science degree and/or 2 – 4 year’s relevant experience.
-A+ experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
– Experience with Deploying and maintaining thin client computing systems
– Strong professional, interpersonal, communication and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
– Video conferencing and Video presence software and hardware
-Telephony system maintenance and support
– Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7
