From a prior student of mine: CSX is hiring six communications technicians at CSX. The work is NOC work with CCNA level skill requirement, but the certification is not required. Hours are likely second and third shift work. Minimum 2 years experience requested. Pay rate 34.79 hourly with excellent benefits. Union membership is a requirement of the job and it is $55 a month. Insurance is by far the best I have ever seen.  Do a Google search for CSX career section to keep an eye out for the openings.

The qualified candidate will be required to provide support as needed between I-Tech’s core clients at the customer locations. This is an end-user support position that will focus on basic desktop IT issues, client IT equipment deployment, and hardware break/fix duties.  The candidate will need dependable transportation that they will be compensated for.

Technical Skills:
·         A+ certified (Preferred but not Required)
·         6-12months of experience in either of the following areas: IT Help Desk Services and/or IT Desk Top Customer Services including experience with the following:
·         Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
·         Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 support experience
·         Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
·         Troubleshooting Various Printers

We are currently seeking an entry to intermediate bench technician to diagnose and repair laptops. The person will receive laptops with hardware issues, troubleshoot, order replacement parts and swap out components as required.

Requirements:
·         HS Diploma or Equivalent, AS OR AA Degree preferred
·         A+ Certified
·         1-3 years of formal experience as a bench tech
