A good candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT “lingo” and can easily pick up the terms and phrases used in the IT world. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Screen resumes, verifying they meet minimum qualifications and route to the hiring manager for review
• Coordination with hiring managers, interviewers and candidate’s locations for scheduling interviews
• Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, employee referrals.
• Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, texting, Internet searches and research. Also, strategically utilize job boards, networks, forums, blogs, and social media.
• Provide weekly updates to Recruitment lead and hiring manager
• Keep up to date with tools, acronyms/jargon and sources for technical recruiting
• Database Management; update, create workflows and ensure feedback is obtained from all interviewers
• Administer pre-employment testing
• Coordinate and communication with staffing agencies

• Excellent phone etiquette and presence

Client is looking for several resources to come in and convert Windows 2003 to Windows 2008. The client will need to build 1200 servers in house and ghost images 03-08 upgrade for approximately 600 branches. The position will start off as a 9-5 for the first couple of weeks then require the resources to be available different days and night hours. The expectation will be to build 4-5 servers a night.

Prior FSCJ student promoted and now an internship opportunity for another network intern. This is a paid internship $9 to $15 an hour. Here is a description:

As a Technology designer (Intern), you will gain a deep knowledge of drafting and designing the gamut of technology systems in a building, such as: Voice/Data, Professional Audio/Visual, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Networking, Paging, Sound Reinforcement, Nurse Call, and other rapidly changing technologies. You will work to provide unique and dynamic technology and industry specific solutions that change from project to project.

Some of the duties/tasks are listed below:
Develop building technology systems, including Audiovisual, Telecommunications and Electronic Security systems.
Will work in tandem with project lead in product research and review to meet client and project requirements
· Grow an understanding of how to read plans and specifications
· Become familiar with design and construction processes
· Review and understand building codes and industry standards
· Performs AutoCAD/Revit system design and documentation

· Ensure seamless implementation of large scale projects for Bank of America branch sites and Remote ATMs.
· Support high volumes of activity associated with simultaneous project efforts.
· Provide bulk project support involving potentially thousands of devices and sites.
· Provide repeatable process engineering and new installation implementation support.
· Provide central point of contact for resolution and escalation of issues experienced by field teams.
· Minimize aborts by providing real time implementation management, technical expertise, and guidance on installation issues as they occur.
· Interact daily with Project Management and the Bank on project performance and keep abreast of new requirements.

Specifics:
