A new Microsoft store is opening at the St. Johns Town Center, and they are visiting colleges in order to recruit potential employees to work in the new store. Services Advisor

(Full-time positions available)

The Retail Services Advisor will be the primary provider of product knowledge and both software and hardware technical support to Microsoft retail customers.

Product Advisor

(Full-time and part-time positions available) The Retail Product Advisor will be the primary provider of product knowledge and sales support, before and after the sale, for Microsoft retail customers. This person is one of the first points of contact for our customers.

Inventory Control Expert

(Full-time and Part-time positions available)

The Retail Inventory Control Expert will be responsible for all merchandise that enters and leaves our retail stores. The primary focus for the inventory team is to support the in-store customer experience while protecting the financial and physical assets of Microsoft. This person is focused on all back-of-house operations, primarily focused on shipping/receiving and inventory control.

The Marketing and Communications department manages the majority of the College’s websites the Catalogs and our Social Media outlets.

The majority of the development effort is front-end. Mostly HTML, PHP and XML work. We also use a Content Management System called Expression Engine. We can also use help with that system as well.
