St Luke’s Parish Festival Wesite Development

Internship Request – Non-Paid.  Recognition for work and referrals available as desired.

St Luke’s Parish in Middleburg, Fl is in need of an intern to update their Festival website with this year’s information.

Minimally, the site needs to be updated to reflect 2013 activities, schedule, sponsors and add spaces to request tickets and / or volunteer time.

The site needs to be finalized by the end of March to support the Festival scheduled for the first weekend in May 2013.

BrightLink Technology

BrightLink Technology is an IT Managed Service Provider here in town. We cater to small businesses ranging in size from a sole proprietor to a company with 100 employees. We typically handle hardware support but will act as a liaison for our clients with 3rd party software providers.

They are looking to bring on an intern who can learn about Brightlink and our clients and act as a level 1 triage person. The chosen intern will work with BrightLink to get hands on experience in networking, Infrastructure Security, Sever and Desktop Support, Secure and Local Remote Access, Online Backup, Managed Spam and Antivirus, Exchange, Sharepoint and website hosting, Private Cloud and Office Virtualization as well as any day to day actions that our clients would request in support of their networks. Knowledge in all or some of these areas would be helpful. Successful internships could potentially lead to full time network engineering positions. Specific qualities that I will be looking for:

We are looking for multiple student tutors for the Academic Computer Lab at Deerwood Center. This is a great part-time opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and boost your resume.

Student tutors will assist users with general computer questions and in learning computer-related course material. Special projects will be assigned each week including database management and computer maintenance. Tutors will also be required to keep the library and lab tidy and ready for use. Homework may be completed during non-peak times.

Incepture needs developers with a Microsoft focus to develop new applications for our customers. You will work in a high volume, Agile team environment. As a developer you will be responsible for tasks such as development of new features, testing, releases and database procedures. You will have an opportunity to grow into other areas of responsibilities such as product technical design, process design, capacity planning and project management.
