Sign Post Byway, Inc.

If you are interested contact Dr. Cole rocole@fscj.edu

Sign Post Byway is in the process of obtaining 501c3 status.  We will want to have two cinematography interns as well as two video editing interns in the Spring.  This is the place we raise funds to create a new production, book series, music project, etc.  Sign Post Kids, LLC, is the distribution company.  Our goal is to establish our own brand like Good Housekeeping.  If a parent or grandparent sees our logo on any item, they will know it is approved by our standards of quality and ethics!
Until then, the work requested below is for Sign Post Kids, LLC, our distribution company
We would like to pursue the following interns for this Fall:
1.  Graphic Design intern to redesign our logo and create a brand standard guide for SPK.  This might be a design and marketing intern.  I don’t know the concentration breakdowns within the majors.

2.  Web-design intern to implement our website plan – we will want to be able to edit our own content in the future.  This website will need to link to a or host server, or be able to host a download.

3.  Web-marketing intern to take the challenge of e-marketing our pilot production.  The retail value of our video is $21.95, but we want to offer it as a $4.99 download with hopes of mass awareness for the “coming soon” products.  Gathering data to keep in touch is most important – Do I need my own database, or some kind of e-newsletter database during this process?

4.  App programer to create an app based upon the current pilot production.

Important Announcement

If you are a student who is looking to complete your internship this Fall, could you please respond back to this email ASAP.  I am gathering opportunities, but I want to get an idea of how many students are looking to complete the internship this fall.  Include which track you are in for the A.S. degree as well (Web, Software Engineering, Database). Also, if CIS1942 is the last class you need to complete for your degree make sure you iterate that in the response.  Thank you.
