Candidate will assist Turner Pest Control employees with technical support of computer systems, mobile devices, applications, and related technologies. Support includes installation and testing of computer systems and mobile devices, as well as peripherals. Activities require interaction with application software, and operating systems to diagnose and resolve problems. This candidate’s responsibilities require independent analyses, communication, problem solving, and good judgment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Efficiently and professionally assist end-users in troubleshooting and resolving reported issues in a timely manner, on call capable. 
  • Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems or warranty related issues with IT equipment or software. 
  • Mobile Device Management using Microsoft InTune.  
  • Mobile phone account management and security. 
  • Support of Identity and Access Management systems – Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, and Exchange. 
  • Identify, recommend, and participate in process improvement initiatives. 
  • Assist with preparation and maintenance of user guides and documentations. 
  • Perform installation, configuration of computer equipment including installing operating systems, and applications within established standards and guidelines. 
  • Assists in testing, implementation, and deployment of new systems, technologies, and processes. 
  • Maintain accurate IT inventory, and spare equipment. 
  • Candidates will get exposure to a large variety of systems and software packages rather than simply be focused on one small area. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated who can work independently and have a proven work experience. 

Required Skills: 

  • Ability to troubleshoot user reported computer and mobile phone problems. 
  • Experience with Windows 10 Operating systems. 
  • Experience with Android devices. 
  • This role requires a team player with excellent technical support experience, and strong customer service experience. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  

Preferred Skills: 

  • A+, Network+, Security+, or similar certification is a plus. 
  • Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, and/or Microsoft Office 365 experience. 
  • Mobile device management, Microsoft InTune preferred.  
  • Experience working with IT ticketing system is a plus. 
  • Working experience supporting users remotely using remote control software. 

Required Experience: 

  • Knowledge of Windows 10, and Microsoft Office suites are required. 
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge is essential. 
  • Good communication skill. 
  • Ability to meet deadlines with quality and timeliness.
