Fluent knowledge of Windows 7. Working knowledge of Windows server 2003 &amp; 2008. Fluent knowledge of virtual systems. Basic knowledge of Linux. Extraordinary troubleshooting skills both software and hardware.\u00a0 Must be able to follow documentation and must have excellent oral and written skills. Must know and follow industry safety standards.\u00a0 Knowledge of help desk ticketing.\u00a0 Must know Dell equipment.\u00a0 Apple knowledge would be wonderful but not necessary(IPad, IPhone, Mac).\u00a0 MCP(Microsoft Certified Professional), CompTIA A+, N+ or S+ certifications ideal but not necessary. Working knowledge of Sharepoint. Basic telecom skills(adds, moves, changes).\u00a0 Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. of supplies\/equipment.\u00a0 Must be knowledgeable with Backup Exec.\u00a0 Group policy knowledge and scripting would be nice but not necessary. Blackberry server knowledge would be nice but necessary. Must know Exchange 2007 and 2010.
