They have a full-time opening:<\/p>\n<div id=\"vjs-desc\">\n<p>***PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT RESUMES IN MICROSOFT WORD (.doc), PDF (.pdf) OR TEXT (.txt) FORMAT***<\/p>\n<p>FULL TIME ROLE &#8211; Monday &#8211; Friday &#8211; Hourly wage: $10.00 &#8211; $14.00 p\/hour dependent on experience.<\/p>\n<p>ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide top tier help desk technical support and hardware support for mobile devices (i.e. &#8211; handhelds, netbooks, tablets, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Resolving hardware requests and incident, break\/fix tickets<\/li>\n<li>Responding to client emails in a professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Respond to help desk tickets and complete requests within the designated SLA&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>Physically configuring Notebooks, Tablets and Smartphones<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate repair, replacement, or warranty of defective hardware<\/li>\n<li>Meeting all SLA targets, both internal and external (there are many)<\/li>\n<li>Managing mobile\/wireless devices within the various carrier portals<\/li>\n<li>Shipping\/receiving of new or used hardware<\/li>\n<li>Inventory control<\/li>\n<li>General housekeeping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 years previous hardware technical support experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years of IT-related experience or qualification in an IT or IT related field accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Duties require professional verbal and written communications skills, computer and internet literacy.<\/li>\n<li>Ideal candidate is strongly self-motivated, can work under minimal supervision, and displays an apparent sense of urgency with the ability to follow through to completion any and all undertakings and assigned tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>PREFERRED SKILLS<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge of the mobile devices including manufacturers, operating systems, and network service providers.<\/p>\n<p>***PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT RESUMES IN MICROSOFT WORD (.doc), PDF (.pdf) OR TEXT (.txt) FORMAT***Failure to send your resume in one of the above formats may result in our email filters deleting it without our HR Department having a chance to review your application.<\/p>\n<p>No phone calls or agencies please.<\/p>\n<p>Required experience: mobile devices including manufacturers, OS &amp; network service: 1 yearJob Location:Jacksonville, FL<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AuditMacs has been hiring FSCJ graduates and providing FSCJ internships for years.
