You can expect your customer support efforts to be 75% via walk ups and 25% via email, so your strong customer service orientation and capability will be as essential to your success as your technical knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>You will be able to learn and grow from working alongside experienced Support Analysts as well as the diverse range of businesses working in Macquarie\u2019s Jacksonville office.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Key Skill Requirements<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Windows 7 &amp; 10 PC support via phone, email and remote assistance tools.<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office 2013, Office 2016, Office 365.
