We offer 28 days of PTO, 401k match (Up to 1st\u00a04%), and a competitive health benefits package.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>City Facilities Management (FL) LLC is one of the world\u2019s leading facilities management companies.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB DETAILS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>IT Support Technician<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reports to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>IT Support Supervisor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jacksonville, FL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Business Unit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>City Facilities Management (FL) LLC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Employment type:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Full Time<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Direct Reports:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>N\/A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing support for all propriety mobile applications and portals, as well as all aspects of desktop, phone and support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investigate, diagnose and analyse mobile application faults<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with app developers in order to resolve mobile app faults<\/li>\n<li>Provide telephone support on the Information Technology Help Desk.<\/li>\n<li>Support the company\u2019s software<\/li>\n<li>Install software upgrades and installations<\/li>\n<li>Install and configure desktop hardware installations, updates and support<\/li>\n<li>Support iPhones and iPads<\/li>\n<li>Provide out of hours support, when required (on call hours)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>High School Diploma<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This position requires experience with desktop systems and communications devices using current technologies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Windows 10 &#8211; Office 2016 Support &#8211; Office 365 Administration \u2013 iPad and iPhone Support &#8211; Excellent Troubleshooting Skills \u2013 Strong Customer Service Skills \u2013 Outstanding Communications Skills<\/p>\n<p><strong>Working Hours:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Normal working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. This role requires occasional work hours.
