The program focuses on providing interns exposure to the infrastructure engineering operations of a rapidly growing healthcare technology company in Jacksonville, Florida.<\/p>\n<p>Apply here: https:\/\/forcura.bamboohr.com\/jobs\/view.php?id=34<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Anticipated duties include: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Provide desktop and user support for enterprise<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Maintain office networking equipment, telecommunications, and internet vendors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Act as an enterprise support escalation resource for other business units<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Gain an understanding of Forcura\u2019s cloud infrastructure, business processes, and platform architecture<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Actively monitor the Forcura platform&#8217;s cloud environment (events, logs, alerts, performance, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Assist in internal technology and security audits<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Be exposed to HIPAA security requirements and standards and how they relate to Forcura\u2019s cloud infrastructure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Candidates should be critical thinkers, possess strong technical abilities and demonstrate excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Current Junior, Senior, or Graduate student studying computer science, information technology, or related degree program at an accredited college or university.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ability to to commit to working at least 20 hours a week.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Prefer exposure to:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, Office 2016, Windows Server 2012\/2016)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Linux &amp; macOS<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">SQL Server<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Powershell<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Shell Scripting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Cloud &amp; Virtualization<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Amazon Web Services<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">IP Networking &amp; Security<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">G Suite<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">IIS<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills with a collaborative approach towards solving problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should be a team player and have interest in learning about the startup\/technology sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Desire to obtain an industry certification in Cloud or other related IT technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Forcura seeks interns for their 2019 Summer Internship program.
