      		\n

      Network Systems Administrators (NSAs) monitor and troubleshoot to maintain high availability of network (both LAN and WAN), facilities systems, voice systems (telecommunications), hubs and routers, and servers through the use of system management tools. The duties of this position can be broad and may include such tasks as installing new devices, providing appropriate access to system capabilities, archiving files, overseeing password protection and other security measures, monitoring usage of shared resources, and handling malfunctioning equipment.<\/p>\n

      Job Duties include but are not limited to the following: <\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Documents problems, issues, and events for purposes of analysis, tracking and resolution. Performs troubleshooting and\/or issue identification and resolution on requests received from users and automated events system<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Responds to user\/technical area requests such as password re-set, extended on-line communications, re-starting specific services or device infrastructure intervention, new system install, etc. May act as the first line of contact (generated by the Service Desk for IT and business customers)<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Monitors and performs maintenance for network processes such as memory, storage, and performance. Administers security of system resources and data, enabling or limiting access by end users. Installs, removes and services operating systems and hardware applications following very specific guidelines.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Monitor system for trends in usage, traffic flow, etc. Runs trend reports and reports findings with internal team..<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Daily reviews of logs to verify that system data has been \u201cbacked-up,\u201d maintenance activities have been performed and systems are available.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n

        Minimum Job Requirements: <\/b><\/p>\n

        \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience<\/p>\n
