We are currently hiring for entry to intermediate break-fix technicians. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing and\/or replacing hardware components.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Receive and inventory incoming laptops and PC for servicing.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Diagnose and test the equipment for defects.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Order the required component, if not readily available.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Repair or replace the component that is defective.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Test to ensure the system is at optimal operation.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Document the work completed and schedule the item to be sent back to customer.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 May be required to drive to customer site for onsite troubleshooting and repairs.

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must have 1-3 years of hands-on experience
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must have an current A+ certification
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must be able to obtain security clearance to work on or around schools
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation<\/p>\n
