TCC Job Description
\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure seamless implementation of large scale projects for Bank of America branch sites and Remote ATMs.
\n\u00b7 Support high volumes of activity associated with simultaneous project efforts.
\n\u00b7 Provide bulk project support involving potentially thousands of devices and sites.
\n\u00b7 Provide repeatable process engineering and new installation implementation support.
\n\u00b7 Provide central point of contact for resolution and escalation of issues experienced by field teams.
\n\u00b7 Minimize aborts by providing real time implementation management, technical expertise, and guidance on installation issues as they occur.
\n\u00b7 Interact daily with Project Management and the Bank on project performance and keep abreast of new requirements.<\/p>\n
Specifics:
\n\u00b7 Implement & configure Cisco routers and switches at Bank branches utilizing TACACS.
\n\u00b7 Focal point for circuit installations and testing.
\n\u00b7 Perform pre- and post-checks on equipment.
\n\u00b7 Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues occurring during implementation.
\n\u00b7 Lock down and backup routers and switches via HPNA.
\n\u00b7 Apply dot1x to switches, modify ports as needed.
\n\u00b7 Apply SSH to routers and switches
\n\u00b7 Provide daily reports to management.
\n\u00b7 Ensure clean turnover to production.
\n\u00b7 Work directly with onsite technicians to install equipment.
\n\u00b7 Review engineering CCPs and submit corrections to engineers.
\n\u00b7 Work with Telco carriers on any circuit related issues and lead head-to-head testing.
\n\u00b7 Troubleshoot any issues with BGP configuration.
\n\u00b7 Capture post-change statistics for verification against pre-change statistics
\n\u00b7 Contact ANS to restart affected ATMs
\n\u00b7 Contact BCE support for post-change verification
\n\u00b7 Check technicians on\/off premise with SOACC security group
\n\u00b7 Provide escalation to project team for any issues that require additional attention and\/or direction
\n\u00b7 Escalate any pre-existing issues to Day 2 Ops.
\n100% onsite
\n40 hr\/week (WILL WORK VARIOUS SHIFTS \u2013 MUST BE OPEN TO ALL SHIFTS)
\nNo travel
