If you have a passion for technology, are an excellent communicator, and looking to make a lot of money early in your career, then this position is for you. As a recruiter, you&#8217;ll use your technical knowledge to screen candidates and place them where their skill sets can best help our clients. You will get a great starting salary, benefits, plus an uncapped commission.<br \/>\nRESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\n\u2022 Screen resumes, verifying they meet minimum qualifications and route to the hiring manager for review<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordination with hiring managers, interviewers and candidate&#8217;s locations for scheduling interviews<br \/>\n\u2022 Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, employee referrals.<br \/>\n\u2022 Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, texting, Internet searches and research. Also, strategically utilize job boards, networks, forums, blogs, and social media.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide weekly updates to Recruitment lead and hiring manager<br \/>\n\u2022 Keep up to date with tools, acronyms\/jargon and sources for technical recruiting<br \/>\n\u2022 Database Management; update, create workflows and ensure feedback is obtained from all interviewers<br \/>\n\u2022 Administer pre-employment testing<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate and communication with staffing agencies<\/p>\n<p>Requirements Personal attributes<br \/>\n\u2022 Analytic and strategic thinker, problem solver who devises outside-the-box solutions<br \/>\n\u2022 Action-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and ready to grow with our business<br \/>\n\u2022 Exceptional communication (verbal &amp; written) and interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Highly organized, self-motivated and able to manage against deadlines<\/p>\n<p>Desired Skills and Experience:<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience utilizing office computing tools including MS office suite and\/or Gmail &amp; Google Docs<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience with social media tools; (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter)<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to effectively communicate via instant messaging tools; Google Hangouts, and Skype<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent phone etiquette and presence<br \/>\n\u2022 Well organized and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities, for both urgent and on-going deadlines, in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n<p>Preferred Experience:<br \/>\n\u2022 Consulting, technical, executive and passive candidate recruiting<br \/>\n\u2022 Productivity working in high growth environments<br \/>\n\u2022 Associate&#8217;s degree or two years&#8217; experience in IT, customer service, or recruiting<br \/>\nSee Skiltrek.com for company details.
