{"id":799,"date":"2017-01-12T15:56:12","date_gmt":"2017-01-12T15:56:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.fscj.edu\/cit\/?p=799"},"modified":"2017-01-12T15:56:12","modified_gmt":"2017-01-12T15:56:12","slug":"database-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.fscj.edu\/cit\/2017\/01\/12\/database-opportunity\/","title":{"rendered":"Database Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LSF Health Systems is currently seeking student interns to join their Data\/IT Department.<\/p>\n<p>Student interns will have the opportunity to participate in the following essential functions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviewing\u00a0wide range of interpretive analysis tools (e.g. trend analysis, spreadsheets comparisons, graphs, summary versus detail charts, drill down, correlations, exception analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Developing reports in SQL, reporting tools (such as Crystal, Access, Excel, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Developing requirements and delivering projects in a direct working relationship with the Director of Data Analytics.<\/li>\n<li>Developing complex SQL scripts, views and stored procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting SQL tuning and data profiling.<\/li>\n<li>Developing detailed reports, graphical representations and narrative summaries to illustrate service array, community need, fiscal allocation and utilization for twenty-three Florida Counties in the Northeast Region.<\/li>\n<li>Extracting and analyzing data from multiple sources including Access databases, the LSF Health Systems database, manual reporting spreadsheets, research report analytics and external reporting materials.<\/li>\n<li>Consolidating provider agency data for state reporting requirements on an ongoing basis.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting data validation for invoicing to ensure accuracy and appropriate billing.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting reconciliations between assorted reporting and data sources to ensure continuity and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Providing on-site IT support to the LSF Health Systems team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Resumes should be forwarded to Linda Wilson at <a href=\"mailto:linda.wilson@lsfnet.org\" target=\"_blank\">linda.wilson@lsfnet.org<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LSF Health Systems is currently seeking student interns to join their Data\/IT Department.
