That\u2019s why FSCJ looks to its students to present their research publicly\u2014to share their passion for exploring, writing, and ultimately living the ideas they care about, and so enriching and developing the communities that make us who we are.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Deadlines for Submission:<\/strong><br \/>\nFebruary 16, 2017 (late submissions)<\/p>\n<div>\n<div><strong>Suggested panel topics:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Religious Communities in Literature, Film, and Popular Media<\/li>\n<li>Romanticism and the Monster<\/li>\n<li>Politics and the Evil Other<\/li>\n<li>Class, Race, Media<\/li>\n<li>Gender and Sexuality in Film and Media<\/li>\n<li>Human Rights, Civic Engagement, &amp; Public Policy<\/li>\n<li>Net Neutrality<\/li>\n<li>Julian Assange &amp; Wiki-Leaks: Is the Evil Hacker Now a Hero?<\/li>\n<li>Xenophobia in America<\/li>\n<li>Resettled Refugee Communities in America<\/li>\n<li>Evidence-Based Practices in Healthcare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>The previous panel topics are\u00a0recommendations\u00a0to give students a target for their writing, but we will happily accept submissions that fit into other topics. We are also still accepting suggestions for topics.
