Our clients come from several different industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, financial, legal and most notably local municipalities.  We provide several services including web development and SharePoint development but the position that we are currently filling is in our Managed Services department.  We provide an “all you can eat” managed services platform with a special focus on security.  Most or our clients pay a monthly fee for us to completely manage, maintain and direct their IT infrastructure.  We provide both onsite and remote support, but in general we provide most of our support remotely using our management software.  When we developed our model, one of the common complaints that we heard from many of the businesses that we were working with, was that they were reluctant to call support because they were worried about incurring more costs.  We listened to what our client base was telling us and as a result most of the contracts that we have with our clients indicate that we will provide onsite support whenever it is necessary without any additional charges.  This gives the customer piece of mind and a sense that they have an IT partner that’s willing to do whatever it takes to keep their business running smoothly.  In addition, all infrastructure improvement projects are included with the service as well.  All of the labor involved with projects such as Exchange migrations, server hardware upgrades, and even relocation projects are included.  This allows the client to manage their IT budget by knowing that all they need to be concerned with is the purchase of the hardware and licensing, we will take care of the rest.

We have VMware environments can range from stand-alone single ESX servers to more complex environments including vCenter, vMotion, and HA utilizing SANs ranging in complexity from simple Dell 3220’s to NetApp.  We have made several advancements in our security model and continue to grow our products and services in the security arena.

What differentiates us from our competitors; is that we offer a high level of professionalism by hiring quality, personable business minded people that aren’t the “typical” IT person but still maintain a deep IT knowledge base, while providing a secure network environment that keeps our clients functioning while avoiding the pitfalls and the negative publicity resulting from a compromised network.
